In case you are unsatisfied with the product received from VINHEM FASHION, you may contact the VINHEM FASHION TEAM with your complaints / feedbacks at support@vinhemfashion.com,who shall revert back to you at the earliest.
Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product,alterations are required.
In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities,VINHEM FASHION recommends the use of the measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:
- Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.
If on delivery of theproducts,if you don’t like them, please follow the below steps to return andget therefunds –
- Customer need to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same,then we will not provide any refund.
-If wrong item is delivered or damage then Please return the item within 15 days of confirmation.
-Returns would not be accepted for stitched items. If you are getting Garment(Blouse, Lehenga or Sherwani etc.)stitched to your size than return is not possible.
- You can not return the discounted items.
-At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
-For COD to return the product contact to our customer care. Then our logistics team would organize the courier partner to pickup the items.
-Returns or exchange of products will not be entertained for the products purchased during SALE period.
-Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

Please ensure, while couriering you pack the products properly, and in safe non tearable plastic envelope bags.Also use a good courier like a BLUEDART,AFL, FIRST FLIGHT, DHL, FED X. This is to ensure that product reaches us in good condition.

Email us Refund / Exchange details-
We process the Refunds in 3-4 working days, after we receive the products back in original condition. Refunds are done through Cheque, NEFT or back to creditcard / net banking accounts used at the time of placing order.
We request customers to email us the name in which we should issue the Cheque. If in case of bank transfer(NEFT), we request customers to send us the following bank details - Name (asin bank records), Bank name, Bank branch address, Bank account number and Branch IFSC code. You can email us all these details on support@vinhemfashion.com
Please note: We do not refund the return shipment courier charges customs duties & taxes,if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
